Return Policy specializes in products designed in Europe in keeping with the most current trends in home furnishing design, and manufactured in Spain under the strictest quality control guidelines.

Our Number 1 goal is complete customer satisfaction; therefore, our policies are flexible regarding returns or exchanges if the product has not fulfilled the customer’s expectations.

If the purchased item comes from our stock, we accept returns or exchanges for another item within 15 days of receipt of the item. In that case, you must contact our customer service department: or call 305-471-9041. Once your request is approved, you will be given a RGA (Return Goods Authorization) number which you will use to identify your merchandise return documents. You must cover shipping costs and other costs related to the return of the merchandise.

Returned merchandise must be sent in its original conditions and packaging. You must ensure that the merchandise is adequately protected. We will not be responsible for refunds if the merchandise is returned in packaging that is different from the original packaging, or if it is damaged.

Once the returned merchandise is inspected by and the conditions have been verified, we will proceed to refund your payment within 7 days of receipt of the same. In the event that you are requesting an exchange, we will proceed to issue a new invoice in which the resulting difference will be refunded or charged. Returns on special orders are not accepted. does not accept return requests past 15 days of the receipt of good. In the even that damages occurred, this has to be reported immediatelly to Hispania Home within 48 hours. Damges not reported within 48 hours will incur in neither a replacement nor a refund.

Return requests are not accepted for non-returnable goods for several reasons: 

- The good can be a floor sample or final sale as is

- The good can be a furniture that due to its orginal packaging material cannot be repackaged and sent back

- Furniture return shipping cost, and logistic is too complicated for a buyer to ship it from a residential address.

- The order is a pre-order and was specifically manufactured for you

Non-Refundable/ non-returnable goods:

- Any type of Home furniture 

Non-Refundable/ non-returnable goods are replaced in the event that damages occurred and are reported immediatelly to Hispania Home wihtin 48 hours. The customer will have to also proof that he or shee followed the intructions or steps to follow for the receiving of the order upon arrival (See our Shipping Policy for this matter).
